A: You will receive a new computer, not refurbished nor used. It will be brand name, and will come with at least one year parts and labor service.

A: We actually do not build your computer, but we do have connection in the industry to provide you with great deals that are not accessible to anyone else.
Q: Is there a possibility that I will be denied because of my credit?
A: No, you will never be denied through our program, as we will never do a credit check. Instead you will be building credit through our great payment program.
Q: How can I get my computer faster?
A: You can authorize early payments which will be added to your account. After a certain amount of payments are made, you will receive your computer.
Q: Do I own my computer after I receive it?
A: Yes, the computer is yours after completing all payments as agreed after one year as those payment establish your credit.
Q: Wait, I have questions about my computer, what should I do?
A: All of our computers come with at least 1 year free technical support for no additional charge. Your customer service team is happy to help you with all of your questions.
Q: Will I be able to access the internet with my computer?
A: Absolutely, all of our computers come with a 10/100 Network Adapter and a 56K modem.
Q: Are you going to report positive payments to the credit bureau?A: Yes, we do report all of your positive payment history to the credit bureau.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel at anytime, however there are no cash refunds. We will however provide you with store credit.
